NovaCare Insights LLC ("Verova", "we", "us") operates verovabio.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, practice or organization name, email address, practice and shipping address, telephone number, and details of your order or enquiry.
• Verification information: to confirm that every account holder is a licensed practitioner or qualified research organization, we collect your NPI number, license type, number and state, and optionally a DEA number; research organizations give an EIN, website and research focus. We check NPI details against the public federal NPPES registry.
• Consent records: the acknowledgments and text-message consent you give, and when you gave them.
• Payment information: invoices and ACH payments are handled by our bank or payment provider. We do not store full card or bank account numbers on this site.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page, used to keep the site working and secure.

Google Analytics

Our public pages use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. It sets cookies and tells us which pages are viewed, how visitors found the site, the type of device and browser, and an approximate city-level location. It does not receive what you type into our forms, and it does not run in the practitioner portal. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Why we use it

To verify that you are eligible to buy, to fulfil and ship orders, to provide Certificates of Analysis, to answer enquiries, to send the account, order and shipping messages you asked for, to meet our record-keeping and legal obligations, and to protect the site against fraud and abuse.

Text messages

Our application, contact and order forms each include two separate text-message consent checkboxes. Both are unchecked by default and optional. If you give us your telephone number and tick the first box, NovaCare Insights LLC (VEROVA) may send you text messages about your account, order requests and shipments from our dedicated business number. If you also tick the second box, we may send you marketing text messages about new research products, lot releases and account offers. You can give one consent without the other, and you can withdraw either at any time.

Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also opt out or get help by emailing info@verovabio.com or calling (213) 880-2121. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate: our website host (Vercel), account database (Supabase), customer relationship and messaging platform (GoHighLevel, which sends our emails and texts), business email (Google Workspace), website statistics (Google Analytics), our bank or payment provider, and shipping carriers. They may use your information only to perform that service for us. We also disclose information where the law requires it. Your phone number and text-message consent are never shared with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Order and Certificate of Analysis records are kept for seven years to meet quality and tax record-keeping obligations. Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for two years. Records of text-message consent and opt-outs are kept for as long as needed to show we followed messaging rules, including after you opt out, so we do not text you again by mistake. You may ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep.

Your choices

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@verovabio.com and we will respond within thirty days. To stop text messages, reply STOP. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link.

Children

This site is intended for licensed practitioners and qualified research purchasers and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use encrypted connections and restrict access to order information to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
