These terms govern your use of verovabio.com and any purchase from NovaCare Insights LLC ("Verova", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order you accept them.

1. Research use only — the most important term on this page

2. Who may buy

Sales are made only to licensed practitioners and qualified research buyers whose accounts we have verified. By ordering you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you are acquiring the product for legitimate laboratory or research use under your own license and responsibility, that you are qualified to handle research materials safely, and that you will not resell or supply any product for human or animal consumption. We may refuse, suspend or cancel any account or order at our discretion.

3. Your responsibility for compliance

You are responsible for handling, storing, using and disposing of products in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and institutional requirements, and for obtaining any licence or approval your work requires.

4. Product information and Certificates of Analysis

Each batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis reflecting testing of that batch. Descriptions, purity figures and images are provided in good faith for the batch tested and are not a guarantee of results in your own application.

5. Orders, prices and availability

Prices and availability may change without notice. Listing a product or submitting an order request is not a binding offer; a contract is formed only when we accept and dispatch your order. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected before dispatch.

6. Shipping, storage and risk

Risk passes on delivery to the practice address on your account. You are responsible for receiving and storing products correctly on arrival; we are not responsible for degradation caused by storage after delivery.

7. Returns

Because these are research materials whose integrity depends on handling, opened products cannot be returned. Contact us within seven days of delivery about a damaged, incorrect or short shipment and we will replace or refund it.

8. Text messages

If you provide a telephone number and tick the optional service consent box, NovaCare Insights LLC (VEROVA) may send you text messages about your account, order requests and shipments. If you tick the separate, optional marketing consent box, we may also send marketing text messages about new research products, lot releases and account offers. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will receive one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@verovabio.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

9. Intellectual property

The Verova name, logo, site design, photography and text are owned by NovaCare Insights LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. No warranty

Except as stated in section 4 and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products and this site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any product or from your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data or research results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify NovaCare Insights LLC against any claim arising from your use, handling, resale or disposal of a product in breach of these terms, including any human or animal administration.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Continued use means you accept the current version.
